The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. vx777 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein where duplicate Account creation is detected.

• Accounts must be registered in the Account holder's own legal name.
• Payment methods used for deposits must belong to the registered Account holder. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• vx777 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided during or after registration at any time.

vx777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed in the vx777 cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from payment methods owned by and registered in the name of the Account holder. vx777 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

Cryptocurrency deposits are processed upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain. vx777 is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion, blockchain conditions, or errors in wallet addresses provided by the Player.

vx777 does not charge deposit fees on any supported payment method. However, network fees associated with cryptocurrency transactions are borne by the Player and are not reimbursable by vx777.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Verification: All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of residential address dated within three months. vx777 will complete KYC review within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation under normal circumstances.

• Collusion: Coordinated play between two or more Players with the intent to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Players, including in poker and live dealer game formats.
• Automated Betting Tools: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated multi-accounting, pattern betting designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Money Laundering: Use of the vx777 Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. vx777 is obligated to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities under applicable international gaming regulations.
• Impersonation: Registration or operation of an Account in another person's name or using another person's identity documents.
• Platform Interference: Any attempt to access, modify, or interfere with vx777's technical infrastructure, including its game servers, payment systems, or account management systems.

All content on the vx777 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, user interface design, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of vx777 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the vx777 Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. • The conduct of third-party game providers whose software is integrated into the vx777 Platform, provided vx777 has exercised reasonable due diligence in selecting certified and audited providers.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, vx777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vx777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of the bonus system.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider in connection with the Player's Account.
